Refund & Returns

At TechTerracon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the following guidelines to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@techterracon.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards
  • Health and personal care items (e.g., opened beauty products)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the estimated timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@techterracon.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@techterracon.com, and we’ll assist you with the process.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product or wrong item sent). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@techterracon.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return process will apply.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and later gave it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
